Awesome company... from the initial consultation to the finished project NC Siding & Windows did an excellent job. They went above & beyond my expectation. Their friendly customer service & professional craftsmanship resulted in my home looking wonderful. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend their company.

This company is fantastic! They were all wonderful to work with and communicated during every stage of the process. They truely listened to my needs and vision and helped me get exactly what I wanted re: product, price, service and did it all as promised in a timely manne!!! In case you don't know, that is really rare with companies and contractors in this day and age. Highly recommend NC Siding and Windows!!

We needed several windows replaced and all of our siding. NC Siding and Windows gave us the best deal on both jobs! This was obviously a huge investment! We were afraid we also needed to replace our roof at the same time. Dale advised us that we could wait on the roof. We really appreciated his honesty! We are very pleased with our siding and windows! After we finished paying for those jobs, guess who we called to take care of our roof? Yes, we called NC Siding and Windows, and they had someone out completing the job the next week! You can trust Dale and his crews to be honest, to give you the best price for quality materials, and to do the job right in a timely manner! I highly recommend NC Siding and Windows!

First of all I typically do not write reviews but in this case I felt so strongly about the job that was done by NC Sidings and Windows, I actually called them to find out how I could tell people about our experience. I will start with the sale. We had demos from several companies and after a while, all the windows start looking alike. There are differences in some of the features, but you can tell a difference in the quality and workmanship. The windows that NC Sidings and Windows had looked very well made and of high quality. It then came down to the company and the support we felt we could get. Our sales person, Ed, talked a lot about the owners and you could tell they were very much part of the day to day operation and cared about their customers, but most of all we immediately felt we could trust Ed and that he represented the company values. Price was of course a big consideration and I totally feel I got a great deal from NC Sidings and Windows. After deciding on the windows we also negotiated replacing the gutters, and the price of the package was lower than I expected and lower than many of the other products of similar quality we saw. After the order, Tammy kept us well informed of the schedule and made sure the coordination between the gutter and window install worked for us. The gutters were installed first and the team made recommendations on configuration that would be an improvement over the original configuration, which we were very happy with. Next came the windows. I cannot say enough about the installer, David. I would buy again from this company just because of him. The window installation is usually a 2 person job but the second person was out for medical reasons, so David replaced 29 windows and did the trim alone. He was always smiling, courteous, and helpful with any questions we had. The job he did was outstanding. The quality of the finish work could not be any better. He is truly a professional in every sense. So bottom line is we are more than pleased with the products and every step of the process to have our gutters and windows replaced. I talked a lot about the people which says so much about a company. The values of the company are reflected in their team, which is so true in the case of NC Sidings and Windows. I had high expectations for NC Siding and Windows after reading their other reviews, however my experience with them was not very good. First, I was told by the salesman Ed that it would take 2-3 weeks for the windows to come in and that once they were in, someone from the office would call to set up and install appointment. Well after five weeks of not hearing anything, I ended up having to call them and they informed me that we were the next customers on their list. They scheduled our install for the following Monday and I was told the guy would be at our house between 8-8:30am. So, we sat there and waited, and waited, and waited and by 8:45 no one had shown up.. so again, I had to call them and they said that their guy hurt his back and wouldn't be able to come. Now I understand that things happen and I felt bad for the guy who hurt his back, but why did they not feel the need to call and tell me they weren't coming??? I was waiting for them to arrive so I could leave for work and they just didn't show up. How unprofessional! Then as I was speaking to the owner, Tammy, she actually asked me why I was upset! As if it's no big deal to just not show up for a job and not even call your customer to let them know there has been a change. Later that day, a different crew came and installed our windows. They did a good job on the install but they did the absolute bare minimum. They left paint chips and dirt all over my floors and carpets under the windows and did not clean up after themselves. I had to vacuum as soon as they left. They also took down all of our blinds and curtains and didn't put them back up (we had to) and worst of all, they left smudge marks and finger prints ALL OVER the brand new windows!! Of course the worst of it is on the outside windows on the top so now I have to get a ladder out if I want to clean them myself. Unacceptable!! I was told by Ed that his install crew was top notch and very professional.. unfortunately that was not my experience with them. What's even more insulting is that Tammy the owner never even did a follow up with us to see if we were happy with their work in the end. I'm in HR and everyone knows that the most important part of running a business is customer satisfaction, especially if you get off to a rocky start. Apparently NC Siding and Windows has only one priority and that's making money, not making customers happy or getting repeat business. I would not recommend this company unless you want mediocre service.

NC Siding & Windows are a five star outfit. We met with Dale who owns the company and discussed a project to reside our home. He clearly laid out the steps to complete the job and provided timely communications as the job progressed. We found his prices are very competitive based on obtaining several estimates. We are extremely satisfied with the end result and have received many compliments. Dale and his team do excellent work and take pride in delivering superior results.

Dale and Tammy run an amazing business. From Ed, our salesman, to Dave, our installer, the whole experience was wonderful. No pressure, just simply the best windows installed perfectly. I highly recommend NC Siding and Windows.

Dale and Tammy were awesome to work with. I received many quotes for my windows and Dale was the only one to remove his shoes upon entering my home. This may not be a big deal to some, but it is to me. The install went exceptionally well. Jeremy was courteous, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I had the windows on the back of my home done by a different company and had a very different experience. I would highly recommend NC Siding and Windows for your window needs!

After a large wind storm pieces of my siding began to fall off. Since they're all connected, the longer I had to wait to get service, the more pieces would fall which would start costing me more money to replace/repair. I contacted numerous siding companies on a Sunday afternoon knowing I wouldn't get a hold of anyone. First thing Monday morning at 8am I received a call back from NC Siding and Windows. They immediately assured me that they could help and that they would be able to see me the same day and even quoted me a price. Tammy was so helpful and any time I called she answered the phone. It's hard to find companies where you talk to an actual local person instead of an out-of-state answering service that just gives you generic information, and then you wait days to talk to an actual person who will help you. Their prices were fair and their work exceptional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with siding or window needs in the Triangle! :)
