NC Siding & Windows are a five star outfit. We met with Dale who owns the company and discussed a project to reside our home. He clearly laid out the steps to complete the job and provided timely communications as the job progressed. We found his prices are very competitive based on obtaining several estimates. Dale and Tammy were awesome to work with. I received many quotes for my windows and Dale was the only one to remove his shoes upon entering my home. This may not be a big deal to some, but it is to me. The install went exceptionally well. Jeremy was courteous, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I had the windows on the back of my home done by a different company and had a very different experience. I would highly recommend NC Siding and Windows for your window needs!

After a large wind storm pieces of my siding began to fall off. Since they're all connected, the longer I had to wait to get service, the more pieces would fall which would start costing me more money to replace/repair. I contacted numerous siding companies on a Sunday afternoon knowing I wouldn't get a hold of anyone. First thing Monday morning at 8am I received a call back from NC Siding and Windows. They immediately assured me that they could help and that they would be able to see me the same day and even quoted me a price. Tammy was so helpful and any time I called she answered the phone. It's hard to find companies where you talk to an actual local person instead of an out-of-state answering service that just gives you generic information, and then you wait days to talk to an actual person who will help you. Their prices were fair and their work exceptional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with siding or window needs in the Triangle! :)

We had NC Siding and Windows put vinyl siding on our home years and years ago – and our siding still looks great! Throughout the last several years Dale and his team have also replaced several of our windows – and we love them! They are so easy to use … so easy to clean … and so very energy efficient. Most recently NC Siding and Windows put vinyl siding on a new room addition to our home – and the match (to our older siding) is superb. All of their work is done on time (per their commitment) and they totally finish their work – leaving no mess behind. We couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism, patience, kindness, and impeccable service that we continually receive from Dale and Tammy. We highly recommend their work.

Many, Many Years of Total Customer Satisfaction!
Recently had a lot of work done at our 35-year-old house and we should have replaced our windows a long time ago. This was one of the best experiences that we had with all the updates we did. They always did what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it. A rarity today. It has definitely made a difference in our electric bill as the window are definitely very secure. Would recommend this company to everyone who wants a great experience.

Great company to use for windows and more!
I had all the windows in my house replaced by NC Siding and Windows. I love the windows. Now when spring and fall roll around I can easily open and close them to let the breeze come through. Installation was first rate……on-time, professional and neat. Have recommended NC Siding and Windows to friends and anyone who is thinking about replacing windows. A great family run business.

Exceptional Products and Service!
NC Siding and Windows bent over backwards to make me happy. They helped me out. I was concerned with the cost and they worked with me on that.
They did a super job with the windows. It all looks wonderful. My renters are very pleased with how serviceable the windows are and how easy they go up and down. It makes a real difference. The whole process came about in a timely matter.
I would definitely recommend them to anybody else who needs windows. The people at NC Siding and Windows are very good to work with and very nice.
